Mayoor consistently rides on high octane levels all year-round, continuously pushing its limits, establishing new benchmarks, and surpassing previous achievements.

And when everyone is left astonished, wondering how it accomplishes such feats, the answer is very simple! An adequate amount of rejuvenation happens before aiming at new targets in order to generate new ideas and regain lost energies.

That’s where the role of Staff Retreats comes into picture.

These retreats offer a valuable opportunity for the staff members to step away from their daily routines, recharge, and reconnect with one another on a deeper level. Far more than just a break from the office, these retreats provide a platform for personal and professional growth, team bonding, and strategic planning.

This year too, two groups comprising 33 teachers each went to Dubai from 22nd to 26th February, 2024 and 15th - 17th March, 2024 respectively, covering Burj Khalifa, Dubai Frame, Global Village, Dhow Cruise, the Mosque in Abu Dhabi, Ferrari Museum and Palm Jumeirah. Another group of 17 teachers chose to embrace the serene ambiance of Manali, amidst fresh snowfall and picturesque weather.

With the commencement of the new session on 1st April, 2024, all teachers are infused with renewed energy and motivation, having strengthened bonds with colleagues during the retreats, poised to announce once again…Go Mayoor!!
