Dusshera was celebrated on October 7,2016 by the children of classes I to II. Children listened intently to the stories of Lord Rama and his epic battle with Ravana to understand the triumph of good over evil. Effigies of Ravana, Meghnadha and Kumbhkarana were burnt, a tradition that children were familiar with but perhaps enjoyed it more than ever before because they were celebrating the occasion with their friends.
