Action, energy, and
electrifying cheers, the 42nd Annual Athletics Meet 2025 at Mayoor has been
nothing short of a blockbuster!
Field events viz. High Jump,
Long Jump, Triple Jump, Discuss, Javelin and Shot Put were the highlights of
the first day. 2 records tumbled and spirits soared as Ranthambore House lead
the tally.
Enrique Everett of Ranthambore
House stunned the crowd with a record in High Jump knocking 1.90 m (surpassing
previous best of 1.82 m).
Kaira Rathore of Ranthambore House was equally unstoppable in the 1500 m (Open Girls) Category held on 13 October 2025, breaking the old mark of 6 minutes 37.2 seconds with a new record of 6 minutes 25.5 seconds!
Ranthambore House continued
its winning spree on Day 2 of the 42ND Annual Athletics Meet- 2025, leading the
scoreboard with 446 points, closely chased by the Chittorgarh House at 444
points.
Enrique Everett blazed through
the 400m (Group A) in 56.72 seconds, breaking his own record. Mysha Shastri
from Chittorgarh sprinted her way to glory in the 400m (Group E) with 1 minute
12.56 seconds.
Midhansh Mewara of Mehrangarh
added to the excitement, clocking 1 minute 6.15 seconds to set yet another
record in the 400m (Group C) Category.
Everyone’s eyes are now fixed on the Finale today, where the champions of this thrilling meet will finally be crowned!
The 42nd Annual Athletics
Meet-2025 culminated with a Grand Finale on Friday, 17 October 2025.
The event was a vibrant
display of talent and team spirit, with the Best School athletes shining across
categories : Samil Lodha led Junior Boys, Aditi Singh topped Medium Girls,
Daksh Monga and Dheemaan Sen excelled in Medium Boys, Mysha Shastri dominated
Senior Girls, and Enrique Everett was the best in Senior Boys.
Ranthambore won the March Past
Trophy, and Chittorgarh clinched the Overall House Championship, followed
closely by Ranthambore, Mehrangarh, and Kumbhalgarh.
The event began with a warm
welcome address by the Principal, who thanked the Chief Guest Shri Vikrant
Gupta, District and Sessions Judge, Ajmer and the parents for turning up in
impressive numbers to express their support.
The Chief Guest, in his
speech, appreciated Mayoor's commitment to holistic development through Sports
for nurturing teamwork, character, and resilience.
The Grand Finale was perfectly
capped off with a spectacular laser show, where Aerobics Display by students
glowed in the dark, leaving the audience spellbound, and set the mood for
Diwali.
