On the 80th Independence Day, the School did not merely mark a date; it breathed freedom into every performance.

Ms. Sarla Naidu, the renowned Educator, seasoned teacher and institution builder, stood among us not as the Chief Guest but as a quiet force of wisdom. Interacting warmly with staff and students, she spoke of the sacred “energy transfer” that occurs when the younger generation walks hand in hand with the older one — a living exchange that keeps the young grounded and the old forever young.

The Principal, drawing upon John Green’s vision of freedom, reminded all that liberty is never a finished gift but a daily chance to become better than what we were.

Around these words of wisdom, the School’s own voice rose in many forms: an orchestra weaving 𝑆𝑢𝑗ℎ𝑎𝑙𝑎𝑚 𝑆𝑢𝑓𝑎𝑙𝑎𝑚 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐿𝑜 𝑇ℎ𝑎𝑎𝑛 𝐿𝑖𝑦𝑎 𝐻𝑢𝑚𝑛𝑒 into the modern pulse of 𝐷𝑜𝑛, 𝑆𝑟𝑖𝑣𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑖, and the fierce 𝑅𝑎𝑎𝑔 𝑜𝑓 𝑅𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑛𝑔𝑒; a Western Band pouring soul into “Don’t Let Me Down”; a Living Museum where unsung heroes found breath again; a Hindi tribute, “कलम की धार, जो बन गई तलवार,” honouring the pen that became a sword; and a dance where Hip-Hop and 𝑉𝑎𝑛𝑑𝑒 𝑀𝑎𝑡𝑎𝑟𝑎𝑚 met as equals.
