A visit to the nearby Post Office was
organised for the children of Class II on December 21, 2019.
Before the visit, the students were asked
to write a letter that they could post and learn about the long journey of a
small letter which starts from the Post Office and can end anywhere in the
World.
The children learnt about stamps,
postcards, inland letters, saving schemes, money order and parcel service. They
also learnt about different modes of transport like Railways, Roadways and
Airways and how a letter travels in India and abroad.
